And for people entering their final chapter of life, our hospice care team delivers comfort, dignity and peace they deserve — either within our doors at High Pointe House or from the comfort of home.

Contributions to Care at Home, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. All donations to Care at Home will stay within Care at Home unless otherwise declared.
