To arrange for care by phone, please contact our Referral Department at 978-552-4444 or 800-333-4799.  To ensure that each patient receives prompt attention, we provide:

• Referral services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• 24-hour telephone support

Private care services begin with an initial meeting at home, in a hospital, rehabilitation center or nursing home.  During this meeting our nurse will discuss all the services available and then design a customized plan of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.  Private care services are available on an hourly basis to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment for Private Care Services

Private care services payment rates are determined by the type, number and frequency of specific services needed and are available upon request.
