Home Health Foundation is seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, creating new hire folders, and supporting new hire orientation.  The Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position acts as a first point of contact for all Human Resources inquiries and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all employees and outside vendors.

Essential Functions:

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Daily monitoring of Human Resources email inbox and re-direct messages as needed

Conduct weekly clinical license checks

Input new employee data into the agency HRIS and ADP

Proactive sourcing through multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Fairs, etc. 

Initiates pre-employment process and background checks for all newly hired candidates

Process weekly status changes and terminations in HRIS, work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate timing of any personnel changes

Ongoing maintenance of employee files, including filing and performing audit checks to ensure compliance

Act as first point of contact in the event of an audit and pull necessary personnel documents related to the audit

Monthly compliance reporting and tracking – OIG, employee evaluations, licenses, CPR

Communication with Managers to ensure proper documentation is completed and received

Help monitor employee leaves, paid time off and other benefit related policies

Maintain employee directory

Assist with special Human Resources projects and Employee events

Act as a Human Resources representative on employee committees such as Employee Engagement or Spirit committee

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Administrative effectiveness and high organizational skills

Minimum 2 years of recruitment and onboarding experience preferred

Eager to step in and assist

Strong attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills

Effective communication skills

Positive work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
