Physical Therapists provide rehabilitative and therapeutic care and services to patients in their homes, in accordance with physician referral.  The licensed Physical Therapist assesses for and coordinates intervention of appropriate services and provides teaching to the nursing staff, home health aides and family members. Our patients benefit from physical therapy when they have had joint replacement or other major surgery. Patients with a chronic illness that involves muscular and movement disorders will also benefit from physical therapy.

Position Qualifications: 
Bachelor degree along with 2-3 years Physical Therapy experience, Master's degree preferred
PT Licensure in the state of Massachusetts and New Hampshire (or willing to obtain NH)
CPR certification required
Current knowledge of OASIS and Medicare A guidelines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient organizational skills
