Home Health Foundation (HHF) is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services of Home Health VNA (both Massachusetts and New Hampshire providers). A key strategic position and opportunity to assume a Senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Integration Officer, this position is responsible for provision of all clinical services within HHVNA. Works collaboratively with other clinical directors across the enterprise of  HHF. Critical role for  building of clinical teams and clinical expertise in ensuring the highest employee engagement and patient outcomes within the home health program. An experienced nurse leader with solid clinical and leadership skills who possesses high motivation and commitment to service excellence in clinical operations would be most successful in this newly created Senior role.

Required Education and Experience:

Registered Nurse, Masters prepared in nursing, community health, or management required.  RN, current licensure in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.

Minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership within home care or acute care setting with strong emphasis on home care experience and/or innovation within other care settings.

Minimum 2 years acute/complex care clinical experience in an acute setting or home care.

Must demonstrate ability to speak confidently and present with strong knowledge base in a confident manner.

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to assess and synthesize data for planning and assessment of outcomes.

Strong organizational skills and ability to master conflict and change management

Ability to write and develop materials for target populations.

Ability to read/write and communicate in English. Multilingual a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to function well in a fast paced clinical and business environment.

Responsible and reliable. 

This is an exempt full-time position.  Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. with some flexibility based on position.
