A series of three interactive workshops via Zoom
on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., will teach straightforward, healthy recipes with minimal ingredients: One Chicken Eight Meals on October 7; Roasted Butternut Squash Soup on November 4; and Very Gingery Gingerbread on December 2. Participants are invited to register for one, two or all three sessions.
