Home Health Foundation is pleased to nominate Madeline Cardenales for the 2020 Virtual Home Care Worker Recognition Day.
Madeline is an extremely dedicated care partner who is passionate about the care she provides to patients. She currently works from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., which is a very busy shift. Despite the new challenges that all caregivers have seemingly encountered on a daily basis during this unprecedented time, she has maintained an admirably positive attitude throughout the pandemic. Recently, one of her colleagues shared, “Madeline has always been willing to help in the COVID unit when needed. Her role has become especially critical since end-of-life patients who also have COVID-19 deserve all the best we have to offer – which is what Madeline has always been relied on to provide to her patients and colleagues alike.”

In addition, Mariannys is a true team player who works well with others and takes initiative. She has worked in both the COVID and non-COVID unit as needed, while doing her best to help in any other way she can.
