Merrimack Valley Hospice Offers Free Support to Cope With the Holidays – In Person and Virtually

Lawrence, Mass.  – While the holiday season is a time of joy for many, it can cause great struggle for those who are grieving. Recognizing that a sense of community, shared experiences and connection are especially important this time of year, Merrimack Valley Hospice is offering free support to cope with the holidays.

A facilitator from Merrimack Valley Hospice’s licensed, credentialed bereavement staff will lead each workshop, both in person and via Zoom.

In-person meetings will take place on Tuesday evenings, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., on November 16, November 30 and December 14 at St. Michael’s Parish, 196 Main St. in North Andover.

Workshops will be offered virtually on Thursday, November 11, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.; Monday, November 15, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.; Friday, December 10, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.; and Wednesday, December 15, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
