Lawrence, Mass. – Celebrate spring while supporting local patients and families through a flower sale benefiting Merrimack Valley Hospice, a Lawrence-based nonprofit organization that provides comfort care and supportive services for patients nearing the end of life.

Purchase tulips, hydrangeas, hanging pansies and African violets to support the services of High Pointe House in Haverhill, the hospice and palliative care residence of Merrimack Valley Hospice. Contactless pickup will take place on Sunday, April 3, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Flowers by Steve located at 14 Cross Rd. in Haverhill.

Donations also assist the nonprofit Merrimack Valley Hospice in providing subsidized care for patients who are otherwise unable to pay for the compassionate care they need and deserve. In addition, bereavement services and other resources are offered to community members who are grieving a loss at no charge, regardless of whether their loved one received care from Merrimack Valley Hospice.
